Each cup is prepared with pride and carefully presented, turning even a casual interaction into something special.

Every family prepares a cup of tea in its own unique way. Some add equal measures of milk and water, and boil the mixture with tea leaves to create an aromatic brew called ‘doodh patti’ or ‘milk tea’. Others prepare it in a tea pot, pouring hot water over tea leaves to create a golden beverage which is then presented to guests in delicate tea cups. Many people prefer to use tea bags instead and prepare refreshing mugs of tea on the go. Sugar is added liberally to sweeten the taste of the country’s favorite beverage and milk is usually added as well.

The mama Tea Lab, a room of experts, is where the core research and development activity takes place which enables our experts to create unique blends, using a combination of different tea grades. Assorted teas are masterfully mixed in a drum right before packaging to retain consistent quality, flavor, and freshness. Our tea tasters test and evaluate various blends to ensure that you get consistently superior quality, every time.

Mr. Harish Thacker,

He started the family business in 1986 with his father Mr Maganlal Thacker and younger brother Mr Shailesh Thacker. He being a Tea maestro, for tasting and evaluation expert. He has been instrumental in setting high standards of quality at the MAMA Tea with deep knowledge and insights of various tea leaves and product.

Mr. Shailesh Thacker,
Sharing the torch and standing by his elder brother, leads a strong sales and distribution team at mama, concentrating on strategizing business growth while ensuring MAMA Tea remains in the lead. He is also leading sales, marketing as per joint vision, HR, Operational administration of the Firm.

CA Kushal Thakkar,
A Chartered Accountant involved mainly with Finance Department and legal department. He is the spine of the firm that involve in each and every important key matters.

Mr. Mehul Thacker,
Mehul Thacker is the third generation of the family. Mehul joined the family business immediately after completing diploma in management studies. Mehul has served mainly in tea tasting, tea blending and packaging process along with purchase, and business management.
